Why the Ice Bath?
While most people search for an ice bath, we focus on the most effective way to cold plunge. We use fresh ice in our baths to keep the water at a crisp
5°C – 15°C, creating the perfect environment for cold water recovery.
Taking an ice bath is a proven tool to reduce muscle soreness and inflammation, ideal for recovery after Muay Thai, running, or a long day. This cold plunge doesn't just help the body; it triggers a natural release of endorphins that leaves you feeling focused and energized. Whether you call it an ice bath or a cold plunge, it is the simplest way to bring your body and mind back into balance.
