Why use time in water?

Our pool is designed as a gentle space for movement, recovery, and relaxation.

Water naturally supports the body by reducing pressure on joints and muscles, allowing you to move with greater ease. Even light swimming or simply walking through the water helps circulation, increases flexibility, and promotes a sense of lightness.

Beyond the physical benefits, being in water has a calming effect on the nervous system, easing stress and encouraging deep relaxation. It’s an accessible way for anyone, athletes, wellness-seekers, or those in need of a pause, to reconnect with both body and mind.

Our recommendations

To get the most from your time in the pool, think of it as more than just a quick dip.

Gentle movement
Try slow swimming, floating, or even simple stretching in the water. These low-impact exercises strengthen muscles while protecting joints.

Recovery support
Use the pool after steam or ice bath sessions as part of a balanced routine. The contrast of heat, cold, and weightless movement creates a full recovery flow for body and mind.

Mindful relaxation
Allow yourself moments of stillness in the water. Floating or resting poolside helps release tension and reduce stress.

Stay hydrated
As with all wellness practices, remember to drink water before and after your session to support circulation and recovery.

At OUR Space, the pool isn’t just for cooling down, it’s a core part of the wellness experience. Here, you can move freely, recover naturally, and leave with a lighter, calmer body.

Our pool is open Tues-Fri 8am - 5pm, Sat-Sun 8am - 8pm
