We believe that rest is a skill, and like any skill, it takes practice. In a world that constantly pulls our attention away, finding the way back to ourselves can feel difficult. But with a little guidance, we are able to come back to ourselves a little faster.

 

Often, we don't need a new workout or a complicated routine. We simply need a reminder.

This is your reminder. We host these sessions to share what we call the "secrets" of self-care. The simple, foundational things like breathing, stretching, and listening.

These sessions are kept simple and easy. They are designed for anyone who wants to get inspired, anyone who is feeling a bit burnt out, or anyone who simply needs permission to pause.
