Thai Herbal Steam

Why the Steam Room?

We keep our steam room between 45°C – 48°C.

This specific heat range is designed to relax your muscles and open your pores without being overwhelming. It is the perfect place to slow down your breathing and let the day’s tension evaporate.

Why Lemongrass?

We use fresh lemongrass from the local market because it is a natural way to clear your respiratory system. Breathing in the citrus scent helps reduce stress and leaves you feeling mentally refreshed. It’s a simple, ancient tool for a modern mind.

Why Himalayan Salt?

We add Himalayan salt to the steam to help your skin and body detoxify. The salt air helps reduce inflammation in the lungs and leaves your skin feeling soft and clean. It adds a layer of mineral healing to every breath you take.

Our recommendations

A typical session lasts 10-15 minutes.

Allow the steam to open your pores, breathe deeply to enjoy the natural aromas, and then step out to cool down. Many guests like to alternate between steam, ice bath, and rest by the pool to create a full recovery flow.

As with all wellness practices, hydration is essential.

Drink water before, during, and after your session to replace fluids lost through sweating.

 

Take breaks whenever needed and focus on how your body feels. The goal is simple: leave lighter, calmer, and more balanced.​
